Do the bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes arrive 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seatpost. We include a multi-tool and clear instructions in every box.
What is your return policy for mountain bikes?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not satisfied, you can return your bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply if the bike shows significant signs of trail wear.
How do I choose the right frame size?
Each product page features a detailed size chart based on height and inseam measurements. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for better maneuverability or sizing up for stability.
What kind of warranty do you offer on frames?
All Bear Trail Bikes frames are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Components like drivetrains and suspension forks are covered by their respective manufacturers' warranties.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. Shipping costs and import duties for Canadian orders are calculated at checkout based on your specific province.
Can I finance my purchase?
